Slack

San Francisco, California

At the Slack Headquarters in San Francisco, Level Five designed elevator lobby plaster finishes inspired by landscapes of the Pacific Crest Trail. The dramatic lobbies give each floor its own very individual sense of space. Plaster also demarcates special moments throughout the design, creating gathering spaces and adding interest to the office.

The plaster is designed to look like a foggy horizon above the Pacific Ocean in this elevator lobby.
One floor’s lobby has a desert canyon-like appearance from a layered plaster finish.
This floor’s elevator lobby picks up the blues and whites of seafoam and waves crashing on a beach.
Another floor’s lobby has a brown plaster finish resembling a pine tree trunk.
This detail of an elevator lobby shows the layered, textured plaster finish.
A bright blue plaster mural depicts the full moon in a breakout area.
The striking blue cove is a place to sit and relax or have a meeting for the Slack team.
A plaster wall anchors this gathering and work area.
Artistic plaster finishes bring interest to the office kitchen and coffee bar.
